Chris Southcott, a finalist in South Coast Property Business of the year award and Best Regeneration project in 2019. At just 35 and having established two successful companies in Hampshire, decided to branch out on his own with the incorporation of Maxwell Homes Winchester.

Maxwell Homes hand-picked sites are carefully sourced in sought after villages that allow us to be in keeping with our vision and values. Our passion begins in the initial interaction with landowners, whereby collectively with our architect, we will work out and design the most commercially viable schemes that best suit the land of the vendors, thus optimizing land values.
